One of the best tools we have as REALTORS® is the ability to obtain timely information from the MLS® system. If you would like to have access to the latest listings that match your criteria, please fill in the information below. A little known fact - there is a lag or a delay between the time a REALTOR submits a listing to the MLS, and when it hits public real estate search sites such as a REALTOR.com, trulia.com, zillow.com, etc. When we set up an automatic search, it sends new listings to interested buyers within a couple of hours, but the public search sites may not show these listings for 1-2 days (depending on what time of day the REALTOR® submits the information). A customized, automatic search is the most timely way to see the latest listings.
Public real estate search sites don't always show when a property goes pending, sells, or is cancelled, within a timely manner, either. Often times properties show as "active," even though they are not.
